Our Porsche 911 type 997.2 Carrera 4S was delivered new in Germany in July 2009. The first owner chose to configure his vehicle in a “Meteor Gray” exterior color and a “Cognac” interior. The configuration par excellence of a simple and very elegant 911 997. The current owner purchased it in August 2017 from Porsche Occasion in France.
Our example, in its Carrera 4S phase 2 version, is equipped with the 385-horsepower 3.8L Flat 6 3.8L transmitted to all four wheels thanks to a PDK dual-clutch gearbox. With only 87,000 km on the clock, our 911 is in excellent aesthetic and cosmetic condition. Always maintained at the Porsche center and by brand specialists (including the last maintenance in 2023), our Porsche 911 has a complete maintenance book and duplicate keys. As part of the sale, new tires will be installed and all invoices (40,000 euros in expenses incurred: low new engine, PDK gearbox, new ceramic brakes) and documents (recent and reassuring PIWI test) and documents (recent and reassuring PIWI test) will be sent to you.
Our model, which we offer for sale, has numerous options, of which here is an exhaustive list:
In 2004, Porsche unveiled the sixth generation of its “911” model. This new version, called “997”, represents a real stylistic turning point for the Stuttgart-based brand. Indeed, some elements of the much-maligned design of the Type 996 are abandoned, this new generation once again incorporates round headlights, widens, but maintains its mythical “Flat 6” engine. Initially offered in a two-wheel drive version, it was necessary to wait until 2005 to see the Carrera S, 4 & 4S models arrive in dealerships (recognizable by its traffic light).
Mechanically, in 2009, the 911 997.2 Carrera 4S engine was optimized: adoption of direct injection (DFI), increased compression ratio, lighter distribution, manifold and reworked intake. These technical improvements allow the vehicle to gain an additional 40 horsepower, bringing the power to 385 horsepower.
The Porsche 911 997.2 Carrera 4S now represents a very interesting investment for every collector wishing to buy a simple, elegant but efficient sports vehicle at less than €80,000.
