Yes. Every subscription is built to order. You choose the services you need, based on how you use your car. Your concierge guides you through the process.
The Carsup subscription runs for 12 months. Your dedicated concierge is with you throughout to adjust services as your needs evolve.
Yes. The Carsup app and access to the Carsup Automobile Club are included in every subscription, at no extra cost. Together with your bespoke services, they form what we call the car concierge.
Available services cover six areas: protection and security, aesthetic maintenance, mechanical maintenance, transport, administrative support, and buying or selling your car. Every subscription is built to order — your concierge will help you find the right combination for your car and how you use it.
No. Carsup anticipates your needs, schedules interventions, follows up with partners, signs off on work and manages the full process end to end. You're kept informed at every step via the app. You can also request a service directly from the app at any time.
