Our Alfa Romeo Sprint Zagato, put on the road on 6 May 1992 in Belgium, now shows 68,000 KM. It was registered in France in 2008, and changed owners in March 2019.
This example is presented in the Rosso Alfa 130 color, combined with a tan beige interior. The body is in good original condition, with some signs of use consistent with the age of the vehicle. The interior is also well preserved. All the instrumentation is operating normally.
This rare model is powered by a 3.0 V6 developing 210 horsepower, coupled to a manual gearbox. The mechanics are in very good condition, and a major overhaul with distribution was carried out in May 2025.
The maintenance was carried out by brand professionals in France. The vehicle has its notebook, the original warranty, as well as the invoices since 2011.

No changes have been made. The front bumper has been repainted due to chipping. No costs are to be expected. Two keys are available.

The Alfa Romeo SZ, for Sprint Zagato, is a sports coupe produced in a limited series between 1989 and 1991. Known under the code name ES-30 (Experimental Sportscar 3.0 liter), it is the result of a collaboration between Centro Stile Alfa Romeo, Fiat and Zagato. Presented as a prototype at the 1989 Geneva Motor Show, it marks the desire to relaunch the sporting heritage of Alfa Romeo after its takeover by Fiat in 1986.
Contrary to what its name suggests, the design of the SZ was not the work of Zagato. The first sketches were signed by Robert Opron (Fiat), while Antonio Castellana refined the style and interior. The “Z” badge remains, but Zagato's famous double bubble disappears. The angular design and the six front headlights reflect the early use of computer-aided design.
The technical base comes from the Alfa Romeo 75, with a modified suspension from IMSA competition models. The editing was done by Zagato in Terrazzano di Rho. The composite body is produced by Carplast and Stratime. Without electronic aids, the SZ offers a raw drive.
In 1992, a cabriolet version, the RZ, was launched. Only 284 copies were finally produced, due to the bankruptcy of the Zagato factory.
