First registered on October 21, 2022, this Porsche 911 Type 992 Carrera GTS currently shows 35,129 km. Originally French and still registered in France, it has had only two owners. Maintained exclusively at the official network, it comes with its original service book confirming meticulous upkeep.
Presented in a Black exterior with a matching black interior, this 992 GTS features a sober and sporty appearance. The bodywork is in very good overall condition, with only minor stone chips on the front face. The interior is in perfect condition with no notable defects. All instruments function perfectly.
Mechanically, the car is flawless. The Carrera GTS, powered by its 480 hp flat-six biturbo engine paired with the PDK gearbox, offers exceptional versatility, combining high performance with modern comfort. This example received recent maintenance at Porsche Bordeaux:
Consumables show around 10% wear. No mechanical replacements were necessary and no modifications have been made. Only a refresh of the front bumper and hood paint may be considered due to stone chip marks.
The equipment is particularly attractive, including:
The car is delivered with its two keys as well as full documentation: certificate of administrative status, service book, invoices, technical inspection, workshop manual, photo file, and additional documents.
Thanks to its low mileage, clear history, maintenance at Porsche Centers, and sleek black sporty configuration, this 992 Carrera GTS represents a rare opportunity for any modern 911 enthusiast seeking a high-performance, reliable, and highly desirable example.
A truck transport service can also be offered to facilitate your arrival at Mach 1.
Porsche 911 (992.1) Carrera GTS, 2021–2024: the “sweet spot” of the 992 range. Announced mid‑2021 for MY22, the GTS revived a Porsche idea that dates back in spirit to the 904 Carrera GTS of 1963 and, more directly, to the 997‑generation 911 GTS (2010): add meaningful performance hardware and focus without GT‑car compromises. In the 992 family it slotted neatly between the Carrera S/4S and the Turbo, blending daily civility with track‑day bite.
Under its skin the GTS kept the 3.0‑litre twin‑turbo flat‑six, raised to 480 PS (473 hp) and 570 Nm via higher boost and bespoke calibration, then wrapped it in chassis upgrades pinched from the Turbo: PASM Sport with a 10 mm drop (Coupé/Cabriolet), helper springs at the rear, and bigger brakes. Black‑finished centre‑lock 20/21‑inch wheels, a fruitier GTS sports exhaust and reduced sound insulation gave it a darker, more purposeful vibe. Buyers chose between 8‑speed PDK or a 7‑speed manual, rear‑ or all‑wheel drive (the Targa GTS remained AWD only).
The optional Lightweight Design package became an enthusiast talking point: about 25 kg shaved through thinner glass, a lithium battery, fixed carbon buckets and rear‑seat delete, with rear‑axle steering bundled in. It made the GTS the most focused non‑GT 992, and one of the few Carreras you could order with centre‑locks and full buckets from the GT parts bin.
Period reviews consistently called it the pick of the range. Outlets from evo to Car and Driver and Top Gear praised the bandwidth—ride quality and refinement close to a Carrera S, but with the urgency and composure to trouble a Turbo on a B‑road. Independent tests frequently recorded sub‑3.0 s 0–60 mph runs for well‑specced PDK cars, while manuals won hearts for feel. Criticisms? Some lamented sound regulations and mass creep versus earlier 911s, and the price delta to a well‑optioned S, but few denied the GTS’s cohesion.
Competition spanned the Mercedes‑AMG GT and later SL 63, Aston Martin Vantage, Audi R8 V10 and even BMW’s M4 Competition—the GTS answered with traction, tactility and everyday usability. As a brand statement, it reinforced Porsche’s knack for finding the goldilocks setting: enough power and hardware to thrill, no wings or roll cages to intimidate.
Curios and culture: in 2022 Porsche celebrated "+50 Years of Porsche Design" with a Targa 4 GTS‑based special edition (750 units) finished in stealthy black with a matching timepiece. The 992 GTS featured widely across YouTube and magazine tests, and in Porsche’s own ads it often played the role of the driver’s 911—subtle, fast, and up for anything. By the time the hybridised 992.2 arrived, the 992.1 GTS had clearly carved its reputation as the era’s definitive all‑round 911.
