Our Alfa Romeo 1750 GT Veloce, delivered new in France on March 25, 1968, shows 76,350 KM today. It is registered in France and changed owners in October 2020.
This copy comes in a Chromgelb color (mustard yellow). The paint is new and original Volkswagen, very close to the original color. The body underwent a complete restoration in 2021, including comprehensive treatment, for a total of more than €25,000 worth of work. The interior, in black leatherette, is in very good overall condition, with a refurbished driver's seat, a crack in the dashboard cap and a localized stain on the headliner. An aluminum shifter knob was installed by the previous owner.
Under the hood, this 1750 is equipped with an in-line 4-cylinder powered by two Weber double-body carburettors, which were the subject of an engine preparation in 2007: reworked cylinder heads and rally-type camshafts. A complete overhaul was carried out in 2021, making the car perfectly usable on the road.
