Our Jaguar XKR 5.0, delivered new in France on January 11, 2011, shows 120,000 KM today. It had several owners before changing hands on July 1, 2023.
This copy is presented in a black color combined with a black leather interior. The body is in very good condition, with no significant flaws, as is the cabin, which has been well preserved. All on-board instrumentation is operating normally.
Under the hood, this XKR version receives the compressed 5.0L V8 developing 510 horsepower, coupled to an automatic transmission. The mechanical unit is in very good working condition. No costs are to be expected.
The maintenance has always been carried out in the Jaguar France network. The maintenance book is complete, along with its invoices. Here is the latest revision done recently:

The consumables are in very good overall condition. No modifications or repairs have been made to the vehicle. There are no short-term costs.
The Jaguar XKR is the high-performance version of the XK range, a 2+2 grand touring coupe produced from 1996 to 2014. It first appeared in 1998, based on the XK8, which was itself launched two years earlier to replace the XJS. The design of the first model is by Geoff Lawson, with a body derived from the XJ41 project, shared with the Aston Martin DB7. It is the first Jaguar to incorporate the AJ-V8 engine, a 4.0-liter naturally aspirated engine, supercharged in the XKR version by an Eaton supercharger.
The first-generation XKR (1998—2006) is distinguished by specific features such as the mesh grille, hood vents and a rear spoiler. In 2002, the engine increased to 4.2 liters, accompanied by a new six-speed automatic transmission. At the same time, Jaguar is fine-tuning the exterior styling and interior equipment.
The second generation, presented in 2005 in Frankfurt, is based on an aluminum structure. Designed by Ian Callum, it loses the traditional woodwork in favor of a more contemporary interior. The XKR version received a compressed V8, first 4.2-liter, then a 5.0-liter in 2009. The XKR-S variant reaches 300 km/h. Production stopped in 2014, with no direct successor.
