Create a Formula 1 road car. This is the ambition of Project One unveiled in 2017 by integrating a hybrid power unit derived from the Mercedes-AMG F1 W06! It's not as easy to do as to say. The F1 1.6 l V6 runs at 5000 rpm at idle and takes 15000 rpm. Its lifespan is a few thousand kilometers. It took engineers 5 years to adapt this fabulous mechanism (1 combustion engine and 4 electric motors) to road use, resulting in the Nürburgring record for an approved car: 6'35” 183” '!
